1. Operator

Veronica Villanueva is an internal application initiative of Black & White Consulting Inc. (“BWC”). This notice describes the intended handling of information in authorized workflows.

2. Information processed

Depending on enabled integrations, VV may process business identifiers, customer and vendor records, invoices, billing details, employee time records, workflow instructions and security/audit events.

3. Purpose and permissions

Information is used to support authorized internal operations, verification, reconciliation, security, troubleshooting and recovery. Access depends on the permissions granted by BWC and connected services.

4. Integrations

Connected providers may include Intuit QuickBooks Online. BWC authorizes integrations under relevant account scopes, and connected access may be revoked. Planned integrations are not necessarily live.

5. Security

VV is designed around scoped credentials, separated execution environments and human approval for financial commitments. This public website does not host accounting access tokens or expose the private runtime.

6. Retention and service providers

Information is retained and handled according to BWC's applicable operational, contractual, legal and security requirements. BWC reviews retention and service-provider arrangements as connected services are approved for production.
