End-User License Agreement

Effective October 31, 2026

1. Operator and scope

Veronica Villanueva (the “Application”) is an internal initiative operated by Black & White Consulting Inc. (“BWC”). It is intended only for personnel and service providers expressly authorized by BWC and is not currently offered as a public commercial software product.

2. Access and acceptable use

Users must comply with assigned roles, credential safeguards, confidentiality requirements and BWC instructions. Unauthorized data access, tenant-boundary circumvention and unapproved actions are prohibited.

3. Connected business systems

Connections, including QuickBooks Online, require authorization by the relevant business account owner. Access can be restricted or revoked. Development capabilities are not representations of production availability.

4. Financial decisions

Use of the Application does not independently authorize invoicing, transmission, payments or accounting changes. BWC's designated human approvers retain final authority under applicable procedures.

5. Availability and termination

BWC may modify, suspend or terminate authorized internal access for security, operational or compliance reasons. The Application is evolving and may not be continuously available.
